NYC SUV, Inc Terms of Use and Service

Point-to-Point Reservations:

1) Credit card authorization required in order to confirm your reservation. You authorize NYC SUV, Inc to charge your credit card for all services associated with your account and/or reservation(s). Initial authorization amount will be equal to your reservation's estimated total plus $100.00

2) Tolls, parking and all other expenses are additional. Taxes, other fees and surcharges may apply. Actual total amount will be calculated at the end of the service.

3) Waiting Time and Extra Stops Charges:

Commercial Airlines: You have 45 minutes of free time for Domestic Arrivals and 1 hour of free time for International Arrivals. For all Commercial Airlines Arrivals time count starts from the moment of aircraft landing.

All other reservations: You have 15 minutes of free time for arrivals on Private/Charter flight and for all other reservations. For Private Airlines and all other reservations, time count starts from pick-up time, indicated on reservation.

Waiting time billed in 15-minutes increments.

Extra Stops Charges are based on pick-up/drop-off zones. Minimum extra stop charge is $20.00

4) CANCELLATION POLICY: 4 hours minimum, prior to reservation time. Full estimated fare will be charged if you don’t cancel or reschedule your reservation before time limit. In some cases NYC SUV will not be able to change your reservation to an earlier time. NO-SHOW FEE is a full amount of your reservation’s estimated total due.

5) NY State tax may apply.

6) Service fee is 5% of reservation's subtotal. Will apply to all reservations.

Hourly/As Directed Reservations:

Minimum Rental//Service Time is 2 hours. Extra time charge will be added if your trip will take longer than original service time. extra time is billed in 15-Minutes increments.

Distance/Garage Time Charge will apply for pick-ups/drop-offs outside of Manhattan, LGA, JFK, EWR (Newark Airport), Westchester County Airport (HPN), City of White Plains NY, Greenwich CT and Stamford CT. Minimum distance/garage time charge is $30.00.

GENERAL ROOLS:

1) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the time of the rental by the client or any members of their party. Carpet/seat damage fee is $300.00 minimum. Sanitation fee is $150.00.

2) Alcohol consumption and drug use are not allowed and prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking and food consumption are not permitted in our vehicles and it is left to the discretion of the driver. YOU MUST notify NYC SUV, at the time of reservation, if you traveling with animals or birds.Driver has the right to refuse fare without refund, if you did not notify NYC SUV. All pets must travel in appropriate bags or cages.

3) Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted roads, accidents, floods etc.).

4) NYC SUV, Inc is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle(s).

5) Vehicle(s) cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

6) All vehicles in NYC SUV system are owned and operated by independent owners/operators; NYC SUV INC assumes no liability for any damages or loses cased by the operation of the vehicle(s) or by the action(s) of the driver(s).

NYC SUV INC reserves the rights to stop, cancel or terminate service at any time.
