1. Minimum Rental Time is 2 hours.

2. 20% gratuities and 5% gas surcharge will be added to all base charges.

3. Distance/Garage Time charge will be added for pick-ups and drop-offs outside of Manhattan, LGA, JFK, EWR (Newark Airport), TEB (Teterboro Airport), City of White Plains, Westchester County Airport (HPN), Greenwich CT and Stamford CT.

4. Service Fee is 5% of reservation's subtotal. Applies to all reservations.

5. No Extra Stop charges. No Waiting Time charges.

6. Time count starts at the moment of landing for Commercial Airlines. For Private Airlines and all other reservations time count starts from pick-up time, indicated on reservation.  No exceptions.

7. Cancellation and/or time change POLICY: 4 hours minimum prior to reservation time. Full estimated fare will be charged if you don’t cancel or reschedule your reservation within these time limits. In some cases NYC SUV will not be able to change your reservation to an earlier time

8. No-shows or late cancellations fees are charged in the total amount of your estimated reservation. Gratuities and other surcharges will also apply in cases of late cancellations or no-show pick-ups.

9. Greet & Meet service is FREE

10. No Pet fees. Pet(s) must travel in bags or cages. Passenger(s) must notify NYC SUV if traveling with pet(s).

11. Pack or luggage delivery surcharge is $ 30.00 plus full fare and other charges.

12. Sanitation fee is $ 150.00 minimum.

13. Carpet/seat damage is $ 300.00 minimum.

14. NY State Tax may apply.

15. Water, refreshments and newspapers are free of charge.

16. Child Seats, Boosters are free of charge.
