1. 20% gratuity and 5% gas surcharge will be added to all base
rates.
2. Service Fee is 5%. Applies to all reservations.
3. No Credit Card Surcharge. No hidden fees.
4. Greet & Meet service is FREE.
5. Waiting time charge will apply after first 15
minutes of waiting / loading, from the time indicated on reservation. For Commercial Airlines arrivals, waiting time count
starts at the moment of landing / gate arrival. For Private Airlines, time count starts from pick-up time, indicated on reservation.
Waiting time charge is $5.00 per 5 minutes.IMPORTANT!

6. Extra stops in Manhattan are $15.00. In other locations extra stops are charged according to zones. If you have more than
two stops your ride will be charged according to hourly rates.
7. Garage charge is not included in hourly rates and will be added to your reservation. Garage charge is
the charge for time/distance that our vehicle spends traveling to or from pick-up or drop-off location to our nearest garage.
8. No-shows or late cancellations fees are charged in the total amount of your estimated reservation. NYC
SUV will wait for you 1 hour after scheduled pick-up. If we don’t hear from you we will have the driver charge a no-show
fee. Gratuities and other surcharges will also apply in cases of late cancellations or no-show pick-ups.
9. Cancellation and/or time change POLICY: 4 hours minimum prior to reservation time in New York City and Westchester
county including Teterboro and Newark Airports. 6 hours minimum prior to reservation time in: Upstate NY, Long Island
NY, New Jersey and Connecticut. All other States: 12 hours minimum prior to reservation time. For reservations in CANADA:
12 hours minimum prior to reservation time. For all other International reservations: 24 hours minimum prior to reservation
time. For Stretched or specialty vehicles time minimum is 48 hours prior to reservation. Full estimated fare will be
charged if you don’t cancel or reschedule your reservation within these time limits. In some cases NYC SUV will not be able to change your reservation to an earlier time. Early / late change
fee is $50.00
10. Pet surcharge is $ 30.00 per pet.
11. Pack or luggage
delivery surcharge is $ 30.00 plus full fare and other charges.
12. Sanitation fee is $ 150.00 minimum.
13. Carpet/seat damage
is $ 300.00 minimum.
14. New York State Tax may apply.
15. Water, refreshments and
newspapers are free of charge.
16. Child seats or boosters are free of charge.
