1. 20% gratuity and a 5% gas surcharge will be added to all base rates.
2. Processing fee is $ 5.00 – none refundable.
3. Credit card surcharge is 5%
4. Meet & Greet service is FREE.
5. Waiting time grace period is 15 min. After that, waiting time is $6 per 5 minutes. For commercial Airlines arrivals time count starts at the moment of landing.
6. Extra stops in Manhattan are $20/stop. If you have more than two stops, during your trip, your fare will be priced according to hourly rates. In locations other than Manhattan extra stops are priced according to city zones.
7. Garage time is not included in hourly rates and will be added to your reservation. Garage time is the time that our vehicle spends traveling from garage to the pick-up location plus returning from a drop-off back to the garage.
8. No-shows or late cancellations fees are charged in the total amount of your estimated reservation. NYC SUV will wait for you 2 hours after scheduled pick-up. If we don’t hear from you we will have the driver charge a no-show fee. Gratuities and other surcharges will also apply in cases of late cancellations or no-show pick-ups.
9. Cancellation and/or time change POLICY: 2 hours minimum prior to reservation time in New York City and Westchester. 4 hours minimum prior to reservation time in: Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut. All other States: 12 hours minimum prior to reservation time.

For reservations in CANADA: 12 hours minimum prior to reservation time. For all other International reservations: 24 hours minimum prior to reservation time. For Stretched, specialty vehicles or busses time minimum is 48 hours prior to reservation. Full estimated fare will be charged if you don’t cancel or reschedule your reservation within these time limits. In some cases NYC SUV will not be able to change your reservation to an earlier time.
10. Pet surcharge is $ 20.00 per pet.
11. Pack or luggage delivery surcharge is $ 30.00 plus full fare and other charges.
12. Sanitation fee is $ 250.00
13. Carpet/seat damage is $ 500.00 minimum.
14. New York State Tax may apply.
15. Water, refreshments and newspapers are free of charge.
16. Child seats or boosters are free of charge.
